More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct parts of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.

Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
